What You’ll Do
Lead natural turf operations across Eastern Massachusetts
Oversee new field construction, renovations, and site work
Manage foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers
Train team members and ensure projects stay on time and on budget
Operate specialized equipment and apply fertilizers/pesticides
Handle irrigation installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Work both in the field and in the office using Microsoft Office, Teams, BlueBeam, and scheduling tools
