Job description: Overview: Landscape install foreman runs crew responsible for landscape enhancements and new install on high end residential and commercial properties. Must have a valid driver's license and pass background check. 50+ hours per week average with Overtime over 40 hours. Main duties to include: tree installation and staking, shrub installation and irrigation/lighting, planting and sod installation, annual bed rotation, mulching, clean-up. Other duties as needed. · Assign daily tasks to crew, ensure compliance and work within budgeted hours. · Read blueprints and interpret landscape design. · Operate the following equipment: Company vehicle with Trailer, Skid steer, tractor, articulating loader, trencher, auger, sod cutter, mowers, trimmers, edgers, chain saw, ect. · Properly use, maintain and inventory company vehicle and equipment. · Promote and maintain safe working conditions.
