Account Manager (Spray Technician Licensed) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience) Position Overview: The Account Manager plays a critical role in managing client relationships while overseeing turf maintenance programs. This position combines customer service, technical expertise, and operational coordination to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery. As a member of the Sports Field Managers Association, we have been maintaining and renovating athletic fields for over 15 years. The scope of our services is athletic field maintenance, renovation, and construction. This will typically range from baseball, soccer, and football fields - in addition to working on golf courses. We currently operate out of Cockeysville, MD with the majority of our properties within an hour drive or less from the shop in Cockeysville. We are seeking an experienced and professional individual to help us expand our customer base and continue to produce top notch service and results. This is a growth potential position, as we have doubled our customer base in the last several years and the overall company continues to grow. It is a great opportunity to make an impact and be rewarded accordingly. This position is for someone looking mostly to be both in the field doing the work and partially in the office assisting on the back end. The position can be tailored to the individual’s strengths while also training their weaknesses. It is a great chance to be able to provide needed input to help operations run more smoothly.
